Where is Tru Cleaning Services based?

We're locally owned and based in Simi Valley, CA. Our co-founders Sandra Miranda and Jesus Moreno started the business right here in Ventura County, and we serve the entire region from our home base.

We offer residential house cleaning, deep cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial services, window washing, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Whether you need recurring weekly service or a one-time deep clean, we can help.

What's the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep clean?

A standard cleaning maintains your home's everyday cleanliness with surfaces, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms. A deep clean goes further to handle the spots regular cleanings miss, including baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet exteriors, vents, and detailed bathroom grout work. Most clients start with a deep clean before transitioning to recurring standard cleanings.

Do you offer commercial cleaning and janitorial contracts?

Yes. We work with offices, retail spaces, medical practices, gyms, salons, property managers, and multi-tenant buildings. Our janitorial contracts come with custom scopes and flexible schedules including daily, nightly, or weekly service. Contact us for a free walkthrough estimate.

Do you handle move-in or move-out cleaning?

Yes, this is one of our most popular services. Tenants use it to recover security deposits, landlords use it to prep rentals between tenants, and homebuyers use it to start fresh. Our move-in/move-out cleans cover every corner including inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, and detailed bathroom work.

Do you wash windows?

How quickly can you start cleaning?

We can often offer same-day or next-day service depending on availability. Reach out and we'll let you know the soonest we can come out.

What are your hours?

We're available Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm PST. For janitorial accounts, we also offer nightly and after-hours scheduling so we can clean while your business is closed.

Do you serve my city?

We serve all of Ventura County including Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura, plus surrounding LA County areas. If you don't see your city listed, contact us anyway. We may still be able to help.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our recurring clients aren't home during their scheduled cleaning. We can work with a key, code, lockbox, or other arrangement that's secure and convenient for you. Whatever's easiest.

Can I get a recurring schedule?

Absolutely. Most of our clients are on weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring schedules. We lock in your spot, keep the same trusted team coming back, and your home stays consistently clean.

What if I need to reschedule?

No problem. Just call or text us at (805) 225-4255 as soon as you know. We'll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.

How We Show Up

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our team comes fully equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the job. You don't need to provide a thing.

Can I request specific cleaning products be used in my home?

Yes. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or simply prefer specific products, just let us know. We're happy to use what you provide or work around any preferences you have.

Will I have the same cleaning team every visit?

Yes, that's our standard. We don't rotate strangers through your home or business. Our recurring clients have the same trusted team coming back every visit, which means consistent quality and a relationship built on trust.

Are pets okay?

Absolutely. We love pets. Just let us know about your animals when you book and we'll work around them. If your pet is anxious around new people or vacuums, we can help you plan for that.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

We make it right. If something isn't up to your standards, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it. No questions, no excuses, no extra charge. Your satisfaction is the only standard that matters to us.

What's your cancellation policy?

We don't lock you into long contracts. You can cancel or pause your service at any time. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can rearrange our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients.
